Starlene (Star) Bennin

Broker Associate/Senior Property Manager

Starlene “Star” Bennin is a licensed Broker Associate with more than 19 years of real estate experience since obtaining her license in 2006. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and brings extensive knowledge in property management, residential sales, short sales, and REO (bank-owned) properties.

As co-lead of Red Hawk Realty’s Property Management Division, Star is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and strong understanding of both owner and tenant needs. Her experience across a wide range of property types allows her to provide thoughtful guidance and dependable oversight throughout the management process.

In addition to property management, Star also works closely with buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County and surrounding communities.

Ashlyn Windsor

Licensed Salesperson/Property Manager

Ashlyn Windsor is a licensed REALTOR® and Property Manager at Red Hawk Realty. She co-leads the Property Management Division alongside Star and plays an active role in both property management operations and residential real estate sales.

Ashlyn oversees many of the day-to-day management responsibilities that help keep properties running smoothly, including tenant screening and placement, maintenance coordination, move-in and move-out inspections, AppFolio management systems, and owner financial reporting.

Known for her organization, communication, and attention to detail, Ashlyn works closely with property owners and tenants to help ensure a positive and professional management experience.
