Wynola Pizza and Bistro is a family owned and operated restaurant in Santa Ysabel, CA established in 2001 by Harry and Sabine Horner. Red Hawk Realty owners Donn Bree and Meriah Druliner were approached by the Horners to assist with streamlining and improving their overall business strategy to prepare for the eventual sale of the property.
The property is a turnkey historic restaurant located on 5 useable acres with mixed commercial and agricultural zoning. The 7200 esf. restaurant features wood-fired pizza, full liquor license, two stand-alone buildings and an adjacent patio. Upon evaluation of the business for sale, Bree and Druliner decided that further strategy development was required to optimize the entire property for sale.
Red Hawk Realty provided a strategic business assessment of five key segments of Wynola Pizza and Bistro: Accounting, personnel (staffing), segment (niche), marketing, and operational systems. The operational systems included inventory control, technology, financial modeling, transactional sequences, suppliers and business resources. Together with the Horners, Bree and Druliner were able to put together a strategic plan with actionable measures to improve these five key business segments for Wynola Pizza and Bistro.
