The C4 Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit, charitable organization that provides supportive services to Navy SEALs and their families. Founded in honor of Charles Humphrey Keating IV, the C4 Foundation honors the legacy of this heroic Navy SEAL who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country. Going forward, the newly formed C4 Ranch will serve as a sanctuary for SEALs and their families.
